Shubh Biodata (shubhbiodata.in) is run by shubhbio. This page explains what information we handle.

Your biodata details

Everything you type into the biodata form, and any photo you add, stays in your own browser. It is not uploaded to our servers. A draft is kept in your browser's local storage so you can come back to it; clearing your browser data removes it. The PDF is created on your device.

Advertising

To keep Shubh Biodata free, we may show ads from Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can turn off personalised ads at adssettings.google.com, and learn more at policies.google.com/technologies/ads. Ads are never shown inside your biodata PDF, and your biodata details are never shared with advertisers.

Payments

Payments are handled by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. We receive only the payment ID, order ID, amount and status, which we keep for accounting and support. Razorpay's privacy policy applies to the payment itself.

Visit counter

When you open the site, we add one to a daily count of page opens. To count each browser only once a day, your browser keeps a note of the last date it visited, in its own storage on your device. Nothing that identifies you is sent or stored.

Download counter

Each time a PDF is downloaded, we add one to a daily counter. The counter stores only the date and the number of downloads. It stores nothing about you or your biodata.

Reviews

If you write a review, we store the name, city, star rating and text you enter, and the date. To stop spam, we also store a scrambled code made from your internet address; it cannot be turned back into the address. Reviews are published on the site only after we check them. To have your review removed, write to [email protected].

Usage statistics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and to understand how the site is used, for example how many people start a biodata, which language they choose and how many downloads succeed. These statistics never include what you type in the form. Google Analytics uses cookies; you can block them in your browser settings.
