Refund and Cancellation Policy

🎉 Until 31 October 2026 every download is free, so there is nothing to pay and nothing to refund. The policy below applies once paid downloads start.

The biodata PDF (and the Lagna Patrika PDF, image and video) is a digital product that is delivered to your device immediately after payment. You can check the full preview for free before paying, so we do not normally offer refunds once the PDF has been delivered. Free downloads during launch offers involve no payment, so there is nothing to refund.

When we refund

We refund the full ₹21 if:

• money was deducted but the PDF (or invitation) did not download and could not be recovered, or
• you were charged more than once for the same download.

How to ask

Email [email protected] within 7 days of the payment, with the Razorpay payment ID (it starts with pay_ and is in your payment confirmation). Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Cancellation

You can close the payment window at any time before paying; nothing is charged. There are no subscriptions to cancel.

Failed payments

If a payment fails but money is deducted from your account, it is usually reversed automatically by your bank within 5–7 working days. If it is not, write to us with the details.
